Reviewer Terms of Participation

1.Not a paid programme

The Saj Marketing Product Tester Programme is not a paid or monetary compensation gig. You are not employed by Saj Marketing and you will not receive any cash, salary, gift card, or other monetary payment for participating. What you receive is the opportunity to test real branded products at a heavily subsidised contribution price of £2 per item.

2.Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have a shipping address in one of our approved countries (see your account or the country selector at checkout). Orders cannot be placed or shipped outside this list. One account per person.

3.The £2 contribution — non-refundable

Each product is listed at a flat £2 tester contribution. This contribution covers handling and helps fund the programme. It is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you submit a review, whether the review is approved, or whether you remain in the programme. By checking out, you acknowledge that no refund of the £2 will ever be issued.

4.Order limits

A maximum of 1 unit of each product per tester.
A maximum of 3 products total per calendar month, across all brands and categories.
Attempts to bypass these limits (multiple accounts, alternate addresses, etc.) will result in immediate, permanent account termination.

5.The Process

You purchase the listed item at the £2 contribution price through Saj Marketing. Once your order is confirmed as delivered, you have 10 days to submit a complete review through your Saj Marketing account.

6.What counts as a qualifying review

At least 75 words describing your genuine experience
At least one original photo or video of the product in use
An honest answer reflecting your actual opinion — positive, negative, or mixed. Reviews are never rejected or delayed because of sentiment.
A completed disclosure statement (see Section 8)

7.Shipping, customs & duties

Standard tracked shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. Testers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, or other taxes levied by their local authorities, including but not limited to charges that may apply in the UK, EU, US, Canada, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and the Bahamas. Refusal to pay customs charges on a delivered parcel does not entitle you to any refund of the £2 contribution or the shipping fee. 8.Required disclosure

Because you received this product as part of a tester programme, you must include the following disclosure (or substantially similar language) at the start of your review:

"I received this product through the Saj Marketing Tester Programme at a subsidised price in exchange for my honest, unpaid review."

9.Content license

By submitting a review, you grant Saj Marketing a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content — including sublicensing to the product's brand or manufacturer — for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership; you confirm the content is your own original work.

10.No return / no resale

Once you receive an item through Saj Marketing, you agree not to return it to the original retailer for a refund or resell it commercially. Violations result in permanent account termination.

11.Rule violations — permanent ban

Failure to comply with any of these rules — including but not limited to fake or AI-generated reviews, reviews for products never received, exceeding the monthly product limit, operating multiple accounts, missing review deadlines repeatedly, reselling products, or skipping the required disclosure — will result in the permanent and irreversible banning of your account from the Saj Marketing Tester Programme. Banned accounts forfeit all access and any in-progress orders, and no contribution refunds will be issued.

12.No guarantee

We make no guarantee of future product availability, campaign invitations, or continued participation.

13.Limitation of liability

Saj Marketing is not liable for shipping delays, damaged items in transit, or carrier issues.
