Reviewer Program Terms & Conditions

1.Acceptance of These Terms

By registering as a reviewer with SAJ Marketing ("SAJ Marketing", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Reviewer Program.

2.Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain only one reviewer account unless expressly authorized by SAJ Marketing.
Be legally able to receive shipments in your country.

3.Product Requests

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee that you will receive products.

Product selection depends on factors including:

Product availability
Campaign requirements
Reviewer location
Previous participation
Account standing
Product suitability

SAJ Marketing reserves the right to approve or decline any request without explanation.

4.Product Ownership

Products are provided for evaluation purposes.
Once all campaign requirements have been completed successfully, the products become your property unless otherwise stated for a specific campaign.
Products may not be sold, transferred, or gifted before campaign completion.

5.Reviewer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Test products before reviewing them.
Provide honest and unbiased feedback.
Submit reviews within campaign deadlines.
Upload original photos and videos when requested.
Complete surveys and questionnaires accurately.
Follow all campaign instructions.

Positive reviews are not required. Honest feedback is expected.

6.Shipping & Import Charges

Products are supplied free of charge. However, reviewers are responsible for:

Shipping fees (where applicable)
Customs duties
Import taxes
Clearance fees
Any additional charges imposed by local authorities

SAJ Marketing is not responsible for customs delays or additional government charges.

7.Content Ownership & License

By submitting reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content, you grant SAJ Marketing and its partner brands a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish, edit, translate, reproduce, share, display, and use the content for advertising, websites, social media, product pages, research, and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your original content.

8.Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Submit false or fabricated reviews.
Copy another person's review.
Use offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory language.
Submit AI-generated reviews as your personal experience.
Attempt to obtain products fraudulently.
Sell products before campaign completion.
Harass SAJ Marketing staff or partner brands.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

9.Account Suspension

SAJ Marketing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any reviewer account that violates these Terms or otherwise compromises the integrity of the program.

10.Changes to the Program

We may modify these Terms, campaign rules, or reviewer benefits at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
