About Saj Marketing

Saj Marketing is a consumer insights and product marketing company that helps brands better understand the people they create products for. Unlike traditional influencer marketing, we do not rely on follower counts or social media popularity. We connect brands with genuine everyday consumers who share honest experiences after using products in their daily lives.

Our reviewers help brands by:

  • Testing products in real-life situations
  • Providing honest written reviews
  • Completing product feedback surveys
  • Identifying strengths and areas for improvement
  • Submitting high-quality photos and videos
  • Sharing consumer preferences before, during, and after product launches

Content and reviews submitted may be used by Saj Marketing and our partner brands for promotional, educational, research, and marketing purposes.

How the program works

Step 1

Request

Browse available products in your reviewer dashboard and request the ones you'd like to test.

Step 2

Receive & test

Once approved, your products ship out. Test them according to the campaign instructions.

Step 3

Review

Submit your written review, photos, videos, and any campaign surveys. Keep the product once complete.

What you receive

Products are provided free of charge and are yours to keep once all campaign requirements are met.

  • No monetary compensation is offered.
  • Reviewers are responsible for shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
  • Saj Marketing will never ask you to purchase products from us.

Monthly product limits

To keep opportunities fair, product requests are limited. Reviewers may receive up to three (3) products per calendar month, with only one product per category.

Additional requests are automatically declined until the following month.

Your responsibilities

As a Saj Marketing reviewer, you agree to:

  • Test each product before reviewing it
  • Submit honest and unbiased feedback
  • Complete required surveys and questionnaires
  • Upload clear, high-quality photographs
  • Upload high-quality videos when requested
  • Meet all campaign deadlines
  • Follow any specific review guidelines provided
We value honesty above all else. Positive reviews are never required — constructive criticism helps brands improve and is just as valuable.

Review deadlines

All required reviews, surveys, photos, and videos must be submitted within 3–5 business days after you receive your products, unless otherwise stated in the campaign instructions. Missing deadlines may affect eligibility for future campaigns.

Content quality standards

All submitted content must:

  • Be original
  • Be clear and in focus
  • Be well-lit
  • Show the product accurately
  • Be free from excessive filters or editing unless requested
  • Reflect your genuine experience

Community standards

The following will not be tolerated:

  • Offensive or indecent language
  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
  • Defamatory or false statements
  • Fraudulent reviews
  • Copying another person's review
  • AI-generated reviews presented as personal experience
  • Poor-quality images or videos
  • Misrepresentation of product usage
  • Selling or transferring products before campaign completion

Violation of these standards may result in immediate and permanent suspension.

Important safety notice

Saj Marketing will never:
  • Ask you to pay for products
  • Ask you to send money to receive products
  • Request your online banking information
  • Ask for your passwords or security codes

If anyone claiming to represent Saj Marketing requests payment, contact us immediately before responding.

Reviewer progression & product limits

Starter Reviewer

Up to 2 products · first campaign

Every new account begins here. You can claim up to 2 products to start. Once you complete your first campaign successfully — testing, review, photos/videos, and deadlines — you'll automatically be upgraded to Active.

Active Reviewer

Up to 3 products / month

Request up to three products per calendar month, subject to availability. One product per category. This is where most reviewers spend the majority of their time in the program.

Preferred Reviewer

Up to 5 products / month

Awarded after five successfully completed campaigns (typically 5+ months) with no outstanding policy violations. Recognition for reliable, high-quality feedback. One-per-category rule still applies.

Account standing & quality score

Every account is monitored based on participation, content quality, and compliance. Your standing determines eligibility for future campaigns, product limits, and exclusive opportunities.

Good Standing

Eligible for all standard benefits, level progression, exclusive campaigns, and priority for new launches. Submit reviews on time, upload high-quality content, and follow all campaign instructions to stay here.

Under Review

Triggered by minor issues like a late submission, poor-quality content, or missing requirements. New product requests may be paused until outstanding items are resolved.

Restricted

Serious or repeated violations — fraudulent reviews, copied content, AI-generated reviews, reselling products, harassment — may result in reduced limits, paused campaigns, or permanent removal.

Quality Score

Each completed campaign contributes to your internal Quality Score. It's not publicly displayed but helps determine eligibility for future campaigns and reviewer upgrades. Consistent on-time, high-quality submissions raise your score.

Warnings & appeals

Whenever possible, reviewers will receive a written warning before further action is taken for minor policy violations. Saj Marketing reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, harassment, or serious breach of these guidelines.

If you believe your account was restricted in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 calendar days of notification. Include your full name, account email, and a brief explanation. Appeals are reviewed by our Compliance Team within 10 business days. Decisions made following an appeal are final.

Reviewer agreement

By participating in the Saj Marketing Reviewer Program, you acknowledge that:

  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You will submit honest and unbiased reviews
  • Products are provided for evaluation purposes
  • You are responsible for shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Reviews and content submitted may be used by Saj Marketing and partner brands for marketing, advertising, research, social media, websites, and promotional materials
  • Failure to comply with campaign requirements may result in suspension or removal from the program
